Subscribe to "GetNews@ucdavis.edu" for campus stories

Are you interested in seeing the news that UC Davis sends to media throughout California and around the world? It is now possible to subscribe electronically to receive all of the news releases, news tips and media advisories issued by the UC Davis News Service.

"GetNews@ucdavis.edu" is a self-subscribing Listproc that will allow subscribers to electronically receive the latest news at the same time as journalists. The News Service created the Listproc in response to requests from UC Davis faculty members, staff and friends interested in receiving up-to-date information on campus research and activities.

To subscribe, e-mail listproc@ucdavis.edu and put "SUBSCRIBE GETNEWS first name last name" in the body of the message (without quote marks); no subject line is needed. You will get a response confirming your subscription.

To signoff from the list, email to listproc@ucdavis.edu with the following request: "SIGNOFF GETNEWS" or "UNSUBSCRIBE GETNEWS."

The News Service issues on average between six and 12 news releases a week. All current and former news releases are also available on the Web at http://www.news.ucdavis.edu.
